Your contact details are stored in Attio CRM. We keep enquiry data for 2 years from the date of your enquiry, after which it is deleted unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you.

We will not use your contact details for marketing purposes unless you separately opt in.

• Only Tanya Sullivan has access to enquiry data
• Attio CRM (our database provider) processes data on our behalf and is GDPR-compliant

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website design and maintenance

This website is designed and maintained by Kate Sullivan trading as KSDesigns. Kate has technical access to form submissions and contact data as the website administrator.

Kate will only access your data for website maintenance purposes or to troubleshoot technical issues. She operates under a data processing agreement and will not use your contact details for her own business or marketing purposes.
